Using Our Preferred Method (Paypal)

The world of Police Precinct has grown so much that we feel like it’s time to make a shift in how we utilize our on-line store.  Our thinking at this point is that there are so many different items you can choose from (listed above are about 30 different item codes), and so many different buying situations, that it doesn’t make sense to use the traditional shopping cart approach (to do this would require to much time spent managing all of that on the back-end — we would rather focus on making great games).  With all this mind, here is our Check-Out Process…

DURING A KICKSTARTER – If you are here during a live Kickstarter Campaign, then you will pay the special LOW prices marked in Red! This is the best time to buy from us, because not only do you get the lowest prices we offer, but you also gain access to free items (Stretch Goals) that others must pay for.  Please follow these steps:
1. Back the Kickstarter at the reward level that makes the most sense for you.
2. Take your time during the campaign to poke around here looking at your options.
3.  At some point prior to the end of the Kickstarter be sure you have pledged the amount that correctly corresponds to a sum total of all the things you want.
4.  Fill out the survey after the Kickstarter Ends (this will be your opportunity to communicate to us what you want sent).
5.  We will supply you with all of the items you desire, BUT if anything you ordered is in short supply (which can happen), we will offer you a full refund OR some other solution you like even better (so don’t worry, we’ll take care of you).

PRE-RELEASE ORDER – If you are here during a Pre-Release, then you will pay the special LOW prices marked in Red! To do this:
1. Take your time to poke around here looking at your options.
2.  Once you know what you want, add-up the sum total of all those items and send that dollar amount to our Paypal at: commonmangames@gmail.com
(if you prefer to NOT use Paypal and would rather use a Credit Card — see below).
3.  When you send the Paypal, be sure to list your proper address, and clearly state what items you want (feel free to use the “Item Number” to do this). Be sure to add-in the $20 shipping charge if your order is under $25.
4.  Keep in mind that, like with Kickstarter, you will NOT be shipped right away, but instead will need to wait for the products to be made and sent to the CMG fulfillment center.  Once there, we will ship you ASAP after the Kickstarter Backers get theirs.

REGULAR ORDERS – If you are here during a “Normal” time (between Kickstarters and Pre-Release Buying Opportunities), then you will pay the MSRP Prices. To do this:
1. Take your time to poke around here looking at your options.
2.  Once you know what you want, add-up the sum total of all those items and send that dollar amount to our Paypal at: commonmangames@gmail.com
(if you prefer to NOT use Paypal and would rather use a Credit Card — see below).
3.  When you send the Paypal, be sure to list your proper address, and clearly state what items you want.  Be sure to add-in the $20 shipping charge if your order is under $50.
4.  Your order will ship out ASAP (usually in less than a week).

Using A Credit Card

CUSTOM ORDERS – We find Paypal to be the easiest solution to handling payments for “custom orders”.  That said, we can help you use a credit card for that too, though it’s a bit of a work-around.  To do this you’ll need to buy as many $1 credits as needed to cover your order.

To calculate your price, please use the explanations above, i.e.:
1.  total up the MSRP prices for “Regular Orders”
— OR —
2.  Total up the prices listed in Red for “Pre-Release Buying Opportunities”.

Once you have your grand total price calculated, follow these steps:
1.  press the “$1” button below to get started.
2.  Select the number of credits that you need/want.
3.  Press the “Update Cart” button (in Red).
4.  Once you do #3 above, the total being charged should equal (to the nearest dollar) the cost of your purchase.
5.  Proceed through the rest of checking out, but be sure to include your email address in the process so that you get a receipt.
6.  You will get an email receipt with this subject line:  “Your receipt for payment to Common Man Games”
7.  Forward that receipt to Sales@commonman.com and in this email, explain exactly what you want us to send you (if you want to skip this step, we’ll be in touch with you soon anyway).
